Wedding ceremonies at Gulf Station can take place either indoors in the Barn or outdoors in the grounds of the homestead or paddocks.

The Barn is a rustic and charming venue with slab cut timbers enclosing an intimate space with a tall pitched ceiling – a romantic setting which exemplifies a truly country style wedding.

The Paddocks and homestead grounds can also be used for wedding ceremonies and can take advantage of the spectacular vistas across the site – rolling hills, grazing farm animals and the distant vineyards, all set against the backdrop of the many heritage listed timber farm buildings that make up Gulf Station.

All wedding ceremonies at Gulf Station are inclusive of wedding photography.

Wedding Ceremony Venue Hire Fees include:

- A personal wedding coordinator to assist clients organising the event

- A personal wedding attendant to meet and greet clients when they arrive and to be with them throughout the ceremony and photography

- Site hire for a two hour duration

- 20 white folding garden chairs

- A Wedding Photography permit

- Two (2) wedding and/or V.I.P. cars can be driven onto the property before 5pm

- 20 reserved car parking spaces for your guests if your booking is within Gulf Station’s regular public opening hours.

In the event of inclement weather on the date of your wedding ceremony you can book the Barn subject to availability, at an extra cost. Wet weather umbrellas or marquees can also be arranged through our preferred external suppliers. Please liaise with Gulf Station staff if you are interested in this option.

Gulf Station is currently not taking bookings for wedding ceremonies. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
